Our service

Our main area of practice are the contracts for difference    (“the CFDs”), the most famous of which are the online foreign exchange (“forex”) transactions which have recently come to the forefront of the law firm‘s agenda. With dozens of cases currently open and dozens already successfully closed, Martin Hostinsky always seeks the most efficient solution to the issue. National courts, arbitral tribunals and financial ombudsmen from Ireland and London to Australia and New Zealand are among the well-known arenas where we fight for our clients’ rights.
